About eumeX Instrumentebau GmbH
eumeX Instrumentebau GmbH was incorporated in 1992 in Heidenrod, Germany. In the early years the main business was repairing liquid nitrogen cooled Si(Li) detectors from any manufacturer, though the very most EDS detectors to be repaired came from European Kevex customers.
Being a manufacturer of high-quality Si(Li) crystals seperated us from any other repair facility in Germany and enabled us to offer full performance upgrades and also new EDS detector systems.
